Besides the fact that immobility is the main cause behind diseases such as prostatitis, hemorrhoids, diseases of the cardiovascular system and the musculoskeletal system, it also shortens our life for 5-10 years. If you want your work to bring joy and satisfaction rather than sickness and fatigue, it is not enough only to choose the best one for your soul. You also need to organize your workplace, as well as yourself in it. Take breaks at work. While working with a computer for 6-8 hours, it is important to give a rest to your eyes every 2-3 hours for 15 minutes. It is also necessary to push the monitor on 50-60 cm from your face.
