Azeri chess team defeat India in 2nd round of world team championship

Azerbaijan national men`s chess team have beaten India 3-1 in the 2nd round of the world team championship in Ningbo, China.

In this round, Shahriyar Mammadyarov and Teymur Rajabov defeated Surya Shekhar Ganguly and Pentala Harikrishna respectively. Vugar Hashimov drew with Krishnan Sasikiran, while Gadir Huseynov shared points with Negi Parimarjan. After three rounds Azerbaijan rank third in the overall table.
