Azerbaijani show business stars get engaged in karate? – PHOTOS

Azeri stars of show business Lala Mammadova, "Sheron" soloists, Roza Zergerli and others participated in the opening ceremony of the World Championship in kempo-karate kobudo which kicked off in Baku Olympic center "Serhedchi".

The singers were awarded diplomas for propagating healthy lifestyle and sport.
 
The two day competition amongst men, women, juniors and seniors is held in all age categories and types including kata, kata kobudo, self-defense, irikumi go, self-defense with weapon and demonstrative program.

The event brought together over 100 fighters from 16 countries including Ukraine, Russia, Hungary, Iran, Poland, Georgia and others.

Azerbaijan is represented by 250 athletes.
