Azerbaijani bodybuilders to join "Arnold Classic" tournament in U.S.

After successful performance at the world championship, which brought one silver and two bronze medals to Azerbaijan’s national bodybuilding team, as well as the status of best team in Europe, Azerbaijani bodybuilders have decided to explore new frontiers.

The team plans to join traditional “Arnold Classic” tournament in the United States held under patronage of Arnold Schwarzenegger, with the participation of professional bodybuilders.
 
"Every year it is necessary to do something new. Baku hosted two European championships, organized the World Cup and in all these competitions host team achieved good results. However, we must set new goals, and I see them in performances of our best athletes in the U.S.," Chief of the National Bodybuilding Federation Rauf Bunyataliyev said.

The team will soon start preparations to participate in the "Arnold Classic" tournament for the first time in its career. The competition will take place in Columbus, Ohio.
