Winner of third round of Azerbaijan bowling championship determined

Azerbaijan Sports Bowling Federation has conducted the third round of Azerbaijan's 2010/2011 season championship. 20 players competed for medals, federation’s spokesperson Nair Aliyev said.

Elkhan Feyzullayev, Ramil Hamidov Sardar Shamchiev, Vusal Jafarov, Ilkin Babayev, Elvin ShirinbAyli, Asgar Mammadbayli and Monzer Barakat reached finals of the championship.

Eight of the best players played with each other in round robin. As a result, Sardar Shamchiev emerged a winner. His average points were 194.69 points per game. Elkhan Feyzullayev finished second (186.08) while Ramil Hamidov finished (177.08) third.

The fourth round will be held in early next year.
