Azerbaijani chess player wins Chigorin tournament

Azerbaijani grandmaster Eltaj Safarli has become a winner of the Chigorin Memorial Chess Tournament in St. Petersburg after drawing with Ukrainian rival in the final round. Safarli has scored 7.5 points.
