Azerbaijani grandmaster claims first win at Villa de Benasque Festival

Azerbaijan's chess grandmaster Eltaj Seferli has made a successful start to Villa de Benasque tournament in Spain after defeating host Alfonso Del Corral Abancens. The second round will pit Safarli against another Spaniard Luis Gonzalez Aguirre. The Swiss system tournament will feature 10 rounds.
