National weightlifters to compete at IWF Junior World Championships

Azerbaijani weightlifters will contest medals at the IWF Junior World Championships to be held in Tokyo, Japan on June 15-23.

The tournament will bring together 306 weightlifters from 100 countries, Azertac reported.

Azerbaijan’s hopes will be pinned on Mahammad Mahammadli (62kg), Kanan Khalilov (62kg), Isa Rustamov (69kg) and Huseyn Ismayilov (94kg).
