Azerbaijani wrestlers win 5 medals in Kaspiysk tournament

Azerbaijani athletes have claimed a clutch of 6 medals including 1 gold in the cadet freestyle wrestling tournament for Kuramagomed Kuramagomedov prize held in Kaspiysk, Dagestan.

The gold medal came from Hajimurad Hajiyev in the 63kg weight category.

Magomedsaleh Abakarov and Ramiz Hasanov grabbed silver medal in the 42kg and 50kg weight classes, while Islam Aliyev (76kg) and Abdulmuslim Mamedov (76kg) took bronze medals.

International referee Vagif Zeynalli represented Azerbaijan as a judge at the tournament.
