Azerbaijani world champion Elkhan Mammadov weighing in at 100kg retained his No.1 World Judo Ranking List.

Other judo fighters of Azerbaijan Elmar Gasimov weighing in at 100kg, Ilgar Mushkiyev, Orkhan Safarov both at 60kg, Nijat Shikhalizade at 66kg, Rustam Orujov at 73kg, Tural Safguliyev at 81kg and Shahin Gahramanov at 90kg took 8th, 12th,17th ,9th ,15th ,34th ,6th spots respectively, while the only female judo fighter Kifayet Gasimova listed 19th.
