Azerbaijani wrestlers shine at World Championship

Young Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestlers have brought home 4 medals form the World Championship in Sofia, Bulgaria, AzerTag state news agency reported.

Wrestlers Abbas Abdullayev weighing in at 120kg garnered silver medal, while Orkhan Nuriyev, Elman Mukhtarov and Jeyhun Aliyev won bronzes in the 84kg, 60kg and 74kg divisions respectively.

Azerbaijan ranked second in the overall medal table with 47 points.
