Azerbaijan's Mammadyarov outshines all to win Grand Prix

Azerbaijani grandmaster Shahriyar Mammadyarov has become the winner of the FIDE Grand Prix Series in Beijing.

He secured the title after scoring 7 pts thanks to a last round draw with Israeli grandmaster Boris Gelfand.

The tournament brought together 12 grandmasters.
