President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva take part at Flower Festival in Baku - UPDATE - PHOTOS

 A magnificent Flower Festival has been arranged in one of the Azerbaijani capital`s central parks to mark the 90th anniversary of the world-renowned politician, national leader Heydar Aliyev.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, his spouse Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva, and his family members joined the festival arranged in the park in front of the Heydar Aliyev Palace.

Baku mayor Hajibala Abutalybov informed the Head of State that Baku residents had been visiting the park since early hours of Friday to enjoy the show, which features millions of flowers brought from several countries from different parts of the world.

The President and his family members toured the park. They visited a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev here.
