Grand Slam int'l contest due in Baku

The Grand Slam international judo tournament dedicated to the 90th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev will be held in Baku on May 4-5.

The tournament will bring together more than 190 fighters from 25 countries.

Azerbaijani Minister of Labour and Social Protection and President of the Judo Federation Fizuli Alakbarov, International Judo Federation (IJF) President Marius Vizer, and President of the European Judo Union Sergey Soloveychick will attend the opening ceremony.
