Baku Int'l Weightlifting Cup ends

The IWF Grand Prix Baku International Cup 2012 wrapped up in the capital of Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijani weightlifter Firudin Guliyev has lifted a total of 350 kg (140 kg in clean and jerk and 190 kg in snatch) to claim the title of the champion of the Baku International Cup attended by athletes from 25 countries, while another Azeri athlete Afgan Bayramov (141 kg+183 kg) scooped the bronze medal. Silver medal was gained by Russian Oleg Chen (155 kg +175 kg).
