Azerbaijani rowers to vie for European medals

Azerbaijani rowers will test their strength at the European Canoe Sprint Juniors and Under 23 Championship in Montemor-o-Velho, Portugal.

According to the press service of the Azerbaijan Rowing Federation, the country will be represented by 5 kayakists and 3 canoeists.

Tamerlan Mustafayev, Amil Huseynli, Alexandr Pichugin, Yasin Ahmadov, Alexsei Kupin and Mikita Sablin will compete in junior`s event, while in the U-23 event Azerbaijan`s squad will include Mirnazim Javadov and Andrei Kraytor.
