Online sports game of chance presented in Baku

Presentation of the first-in-Azerbaijan legal sports game of chance - Canli Topaz, conducted in real time regime has been held in Baku yesterday.

Azeridmanservis LLC general director Azer Maharramov informs that this kind of games was legalized in Azerbaijan last year by the relevant decree of the Cabinet Ministers, which defined the rules of conduct, fines for violating the law, and tax fee to be paid to players and organizers. The last legislative act passed in connection with these games was the decision from 29 May 2012, Fineko repoirts.

“Canli Topaz is the kind of games starting and ending simultaneously with the football match that lasts for 90 minutes. We run this game from June 8, simultaneously with the beginning of European Football Championship," he emphasized.

During online-game Canli Topaz a person can make a bet on the result of the game, the result of the first half, a scored goal, etc.

According to Maharramov, with the Topaz development the volume of investments in the sphere of sports in Azerbaijan will increase. Selçuk Yula was invited for the presentation as a special guest.

Persons under the age of 18 have not the right to participate in the game. Topaz provides a state guarantee of win for game participants. The minimum bet amounts to 1 manat. The person can stake by applying to one of the official points of Topaz.
