Shahriyar Mammadyarov to join Gibraltar tournament

Azerbaijani grandmaster Shahriyar Mammadyarov will compete in an international chess festival starting in Gibraltar next Tuesday. The Swiss system tournament will bring together 246 chess players from 56 countries. The winner of the tournament will receive £20.000, the runner-up and bronze medalist will get £12.000 and £10.000 respectively.
