Fatal road accident kills 7 in Azerbaijan

A fatal car accident took place in Baku-Shamakhi highway, investigator of Main State Traffic Police Office Rafig Hasanov said. The incident occured today at about 10.00 on a section the  highway passing through Gobustan region.

According to the initial information, “GAZ 3110” (10 AB 645) collided with “Daewoo Nexia”.

Seven people including drivers and passengers of both vehicles died as a result of the accident. One was injured. Names of the dead and injured are not known yet.

Investigation is underway on the fact.
