Sheikh-ul-Islam expresses concern over ethnic clashes in Russia

In his letter to the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Board Sheikh-ul-Islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazade expressed his concern over the unrest on a national basis in Moscow and other Russian cities.

Pashazade sent a letter to Russian President today. He expressed concern over the current situation, Mugeddes Payyzov, the head of the external relations department, told Trend.

In his letter, Pashazade also expressed hope for rapid stabilization of the situation in Russia.
