Criterions to determine disability to be changed in Azerbaijan

The criterions on determining of disability will be reviewed in Azerbaijan. President Ilham Aliyev has set a task to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population on this.

According to the order, the Ministry must draft proposals on useful regulation of labour market and improvement of securement mechanisms of employment and submit them to Cabinet of Ministers. The Ministry was ordered to draft proposals on improvement of normative-legal base related with composition and application of social rehabilitation programs.

Besides, the Ministry must draft proposals on improvement of criterions and rules of determining of disability and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers.
