Rules to provide financial aid to IDPs improve in Azerbaijan

According to the amendment, process of giving allowances to IDPs located in temporary settlements for food will be realized via payment cards by authorized bank which signed appropriate agreement with the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displayed Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Cabinet reported.

According to another amendment, thenceforth, constant financial aid will be distributed to IDPs via payment cards by the bank signed an agreement with the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displayed Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
