Father of two commits suicide by drinking acid

Resident of Pashaoba village of Azerbaijan’s Guba region Nuriyev Mahir Sherafeddin committed suicide drinking acetic acid, investigator of the Guba regional prosecutor’s office Elvin Nabizadeh said.

He was found unconscious in his house and relatives immediately took him to the local hospital. Doctors recommended to take him to Baku, but he died on the way to Baku hospital. According to preliminary reports, Mahir Nuriyev committed suicide because of family disputes. The local prosecutor’s office launched criminal investigation.
