Azerbaijan's Judicial Council has punished two judges.

The Council decided to change Lankaran District Court Judge Azer Samedov in connection with serious offences in his activity, the Council said.
Chairman of the Aghjabedi district court Khanlar Farhadov was reprimanded. The council also considered proposals of the electoral committee of judges associated with the candidates who have achieved success in the exams for the post of judges. Each of them was interviewed to determine the specialization of judges.
