Driver knocked down two pedestrians in Sumgait

Driver Shahin Abbasov, 23, resident of Sumgait's Jorat settlement, knocked down Jalilabad resident Mirgalib Isparov, 49, and an unidentified man aged 40-50 while driving, the Interior Ministry said. Both of the men died as a result.

A suit has been filed over the fact. An investigation is underway.
