Minimum subsistence in Azerbaijan to be increased by 9% from next year

Minimum subsistence in Azerbaijan is planned to be increased by 9.2% to AZN 95, from next year. According to Ministry of Finance a draft law on minimum subsistence in Azerbaijan for 2011 was submitted to Parliament within the frame work of bill on Azerbaijan’s state budget for 2011. According to document the minimum subsistence will be AZN 102 for able-bodied population, AZN 72 for pensioners and AZN 76 for children in 2011.
