Azerbaijan attends conference on highways in Dushanbe

Heads of Transport authorities of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Slovakia and transport specialists have come together here to attend a scientific conference co-organized by the Tajikistan's Ministry of Transport and Communications and Intergovernmental Council of Road Workers.

The conference was addressed by minister Alimjon Boboyev and head of the secretariat of the Intergovernmental Council of Road Workers Buri Karimov.

Discussions revolved around the state of highways in the participating states, application of new technologies in the construction of roads. The conference participants signed a final document Protocol.
