Azerbaijani president bestows honorary titles upon men of culture

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev bestowed honorary titles upon a group of men of culture. Under the Executive Order, for merits in development of Azerbaijani culture 2 people received the title of Honored Worker of Culture, 5 - the title of Honored Artist and 3 - the title of Honored Cultural Worker.
