Kazakh expert: Legal status of Caspian should be determined by all littoral states

“The annual conference on cooperation between Caspian littoral states will take place soon. The legal status of the Caspian should be determined by common decision of all states of the region”, Bulat Sultanov, Director of the Institute for Strategic Studies under the President Kazakhstan said during his visit to Baku.

According to Sultanov, several countries are pursuing their own ends to derive benefit from this problem, however it is inadmissible.
