Blast on railway in Dagestan will not prevent Azerbaijani passengers reach destination - UPDATE

Also, according to the source, Baku-Tumen train is on the border between Azerbaijan and Russia. It reached the scene at 23:00 (local time).

An explosion took place on a railway in Dagestan Republic of the Russian Federation, according to Interfax. As a result of the explosion, five carriages of the train derailed. No casualties are reported. According to initial reports, the freight train was carrying grain from Astrakhan to Azerbaijan. Baku-Tumen and Baku-Moscow trains were stopped in connection with the explosion.
