Caucasian and Indian studies to be available at Azerbaijani University of Languages

According to Zeynab Kazimova, the head of the Public relations and Media Service of AUL (Azerbaijani University of Languages), in the following 2010-2011 academic years, Caucasian studies and Indian studies specialities will be available at the AUL, within European studies and International relations faculty. Also, from the next academic year these specialities will be taught at the University, 10 students will study Caucasian studies, alongside 10 other students will study Indian studies at AUL. Students will attend the classes according to the Bolonian Credit system and might attend the imrovement of professional skill courses and exchange programs.

It is worth mentioning, that for the first time, Indian studies was opened at AUL as a speciality. This is the result of the successful activity of AUL in international relations. It should be mentioned that, AUL joined Bolonian system in 2005-2006 and this system was applied at European studies and International relations faculty. In 2009-2010 the students educated by credit system in the mentioned faculties graduated AUL.
