15 Azeri citizens to become Muskie program fellows

Fifteen winners of the Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program will pursue their Master`s level study in the United States in the various fields of study. The Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program is a program of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States Department of State which is administered by International Research and Exchanges Board (IREX).
