"Temiz Sheher" JSC and Hyatt Hotels Baku are taking the lead in several recycling projects, due to the “Year of Ecology” in Azerbaijan. In today’s world, with decreasing natural resources and an increase in pollution – it’s our social responsibility to commit to recycling of waste and reduction of energy usage.

Each ton (2,000 pounds) of recycled paper can save 17 trees, 380 gallons of oil, three cubic yards of landfill space, 4,000 kilowatts of energy and 7,000 gallons of water. This way, recycling paper contributes to water savings, energy savings and less air pollution.
