Azerbaijan's flood-hit region provided with drinking water

Azerbaijani Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry has installed two modular water treatment plants in the Sabirabad region to eliminate damages from the natural disaster in the Kura River and to provide population with drinking water.

Capacity of each plant is 60 tons per day, which meets the population' drinking water needs, the ministry reported. The plants' capacity may be increased up to 500 tons per day as necessary, the ministry said.
