Giant crane "raises hell" in one of Azerbaijani districts - PHOTO

Reportedly, this serious incident happened near the International Baku depot in Balajari district of Azerbaijan. As clearly shows the picture below, the hoisting crane just "stood up", possibly due to too much weight. Some of the constructions near the crane were also damaged. Take a closer look.
