More than 300 publications registered in Azerbaijan in 2009

More than 300 printed media outlets were registered in Azerbaijan in 2009 through implementing simplified procedures on foundation of publications by legal and physical entities in line with the legislation, Deputy Justice Minister Togrul Musayev said.

The number of media outlets exceeds 4,100 in the country.

A total of 162 non-governmental organizations were registered last year.
