Well-known Azerbaijani tar player performs in Tehran

A well-known Azerbaijani tar player, Ramiz Guliyev, gave a concert yesterday evening in Tehran. The concert was also attended by Azerbaijani Ambassador in Iran Javanshir Akhundov, ILNA reported.

The concert consisted of two segments with Guliyev's participation - the first performed together with his band Absheron and the second with opera singers Khanim Akhmedov and Vahid Asadullahi.

Guliyev's concert was held at the end of the Fajr International Music Festival. Earlier Guliyev gave a joint concert with the Iranian National Orchestra.
