IDPs to be resettled from hostels in Baku

Under the instructions given by the President at the meeting of the Cabinet, the committee has begun the work in connection with this starting from Jan. 18.

“We gave our proposals yesterday [Jan. 18]. The resettlement will begin after the proposals are considered and funds are allocated,” he said.

According to Hasanov, 6,100 families or 24,000 IDPs are living in 60 hostels in Baku.

As many as 2,836 families are living in sanatoriums.

Hasanov said the resettlement will first start from the hostels of higher schools.
