11 more people sentenced to life imprisonment in Azerbaijan last year

11 people were sentenced to life imprisonment in Azerbaijan in 2009.
Ten sentences were issued by the Court for Serious Crimes and one by the Military Court for Serious Crimes of Azerbaijan.

Moreover, the Court for Serious Crimes acquitted 4 persons charged with murder last year.
