Pardoned journalist files claim against Azercell mobile operator

The Yasamal district court, presided by judge Khaqani Taghiyev held a preliminary session on the claim of pardoned journalist of Mukhalifat newspaper Yashar Aghazade against Azercell Telecom mobile operator on September 4, reports Day.Az with reference to the Institute for Reporter Freedom and Safety.

Thus, the claim was filed because president of Azercell Telecom Halim Atesh did not respond to the information request of the journalist.

The court hearing has been scheduled for September 15.
