Ministry of Emergencies to establish regional offices

"Emergency Situations Ministry's regional offices will be established in eight regions of Azerbaijan after the Ministry's regulations is ratified by the President's Office," Minister for Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov told during his visit to Khanlar region.

The West bureau of APA reports that Mr.Heydarov said the Ministry deals with taking necessary measures to prevent natural disasters-flood, landslide, fire and etc. in the republic. The Minister said special militarized teams will be established at the Emergency Situations Ministry to evacuate people and protect environment during emergency situations.

"Emergencies Ministry will be provided with all conditions to ensure safety of Azerbaijani people, and all necessary measures will be taken for that," Mr.Heydarov said.
