Final investigation of Haji Mammadov's gang is underway

None of the convicted has been informed of completion of the investigation: "The term of investigation is over on 11 March. The investigation is likely to be completed by that time. However, it will take much time to submit the case to court. Thus, after the primary investigation the sides will familiarize with the case."

Mammadov and the members of the gang, which he led, were detained as a result of the operation conducted by the National Security Ministry on March 10 last year. The convicted are accused under article 120(deliberate slaughter) and article 144 (kidnapping) of the Penal Code, APA informs.
