Russian theaters open their gates for "Vizier of Lenkoran Khanate" performance by Mirza Fatali Akhundov

The oldest Russian theatre of Azerbaijan, founded in 1920 - The Russian Drama Theatre after Samad Vurgun, started its tour of Russia on November 3.

The tour was organized within the frames of CIS and Baltic countries' "Russian Theatres Support Center" program attached to the Russian Union of Theatre Workers.

The theater will stage three performances: "Chayka" by A.Chekhov, "Confused Feelings" by Richard Bayer and "Vizier of Lenkoran Khanate" by Mirza Fatali Akhundov.

The tour ends on November 12 in Moscow.
