An artillery shell was found on the administrative territory of the Gazakh branch of Baku State University, reads the message of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA).

The ANAMA received the relevant information from the service center “102” of Azerbaijan’s Interior Ministry.

Based on the obtained information, a rapid response team of ANAMA and members of Azerbaijan’s Gazakh district police department were immediately sent to the area.

The specialists of ANAMA and the police of the district carried out inspection of the territory. As a result of the urgent operational search measures, the agency’s specialists discovered a 76-mm artillery shell BR-350, which was then taken away for neutralization.

An area of ??150 square meters was inspected around the site where the shell was found, and no other dangerous objects were detected.
