First Lady joins festivities organized for children

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation has held festivities for about 200 children from various orphanages.

Azerbaijan`s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva attended the event held on December 24.

The children were entertained through various games and attractions.

Mehriban Aliyeva, friend of the children and always taking care of them, joined their entertainment, applauded their victory and shared their gladness.

The first lady had a sincere conversation with the children. They also had dinner and received keepsakes from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. They posed for photographs.

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation successfully implements many projects in developing of childcare institutions' infrastructure, as well as addressing local problems in various parts of the country, and assisting to the vulnerable groups of population. The Foundation also holds social programs abroad.
