Join Shahdag energetic project

The Shahdag Winter and Summer Tourism Complex, Azerbaijan’s first ski resort, will host very entertaining and energetic project "Bizon Catapult” on January 3.

Organizers say get ready to fly at high speed back and forth. Each participant, wearing colorful and unusual dress, will be fastened to an elastic rope, and snowmobile will catapult extreme enthusiasts with a distance of 20-meters.

Only 30 interesting applicants with creative concepts and costumes can participate in the project. All the expenses will be paid for participants and media, and they will be provided a meal and travel. Winners will get a lot of prizes from the project’s partners.

Participation requires the registration at the link. Participants should have good heath and a weight not exceeding 90 kg.

The jury will select the winners based on specified criteria such as creative concept, including costume and performance, as well as audience award.

The event is organized by Xtreme Pro and BIZON Energy Drink in partnership with the "Shahdag" ski resort.

Located in the Shahdag National Park, 32 km from the center of Gusar region, 2,350 meters above sea level, the resort differs from similar facilities in the world for its uniqueness and diversity.

Despite Shahdag was opened only in December 2012, it could already attracted many people, as last year the complex was visited by 97,000 tourists.

The tourism complex is one of the most advanced projects not only in Azerbaijan, but also in the world, operating all the year round.

Recently, the ski complex entered the top ten ski resorts of the CIS countries, according to the joint rating of Travel.ru travel services and Forbes.

The complex offers guests a seemingly endless list of thrilling sports and leisure activities with three hotels for 500 people, 7 cableways, which are over 6,000 meters long, and 11 ski slopes with length of 13,000 meters.
