Enjoy warm sun rays in February

Many are now wondering what the weather has in store for Azerbaijan in the upcoming February. This comes as the beginning of January created a few problems for Azerbaijanis.

And now, there is some good news from National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

This February is predicted to be warm enough for the winter month. The monthly precipitation will be close to normal in Azerbaijan and only sometimes will exceed the norm.

The monthly average temperature will be 2-4 degrees C above zero in Baku and Absheron Peninsula.

At night the temperature is expected to be 2-6 degrees C, however, in some days, the temperature may stand at 0-5 degrees C below zero.

During days the temperature will be 7-12 degrees C and in some days from 2 degrees C above zero to 3 degrees C below zero.

February will also please us with sunny warm days. So, sometimes in the afternoon the temperature will reach up to 15-18 degrees C above zero.

The monthly precipitations will be close to normal in the capital of the country 21-24 mm.

In a nutshell, in February the weather will cheer you up and warm your face with gentle rays of the sun.
