Earthquake hits Azerbaijan’s Aghstafa district

An earthquake hit Azerbaijan’s Aghstafa district on Oct.6 at 15:09:28 (GMT+05:00), the Republican Seismological Service Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) said.

Tremors measuring 3.1 on the Richter scale were recorded in 22 kilometers east from the Gazakh city, however, were not felt.

The quake occurred at a depth of 10 km.
