Kurdish rebels attack checkpoint in Turkey

A militant group of the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) attacked a military checkpoint in the Diyarbakir city, the Sabah newspaper reported.
The armed attack killed one soldier and wounded four. The wounded were taken to a nearby hospital.
