Illegal migrants from Azerbaijan detained in Turkey

According to data posted on the Turkish Armed Forces General Staff website, gendarmerie forces detained 12 Azerbaijani citizens in December, who illegally crossed the Turkish border.

Three of them were detained on Dec. 3, while four were arrested on Dec. 4, one on Dec. 8, and four more people on Dec. 9. The number of illegal migrants from Azerbaijan detained in November had hit 16. Measures prescribed by Turkey's legislation will be taken to deal with the detainees.
